Dear Heavenly Father, I do thank you for all the wonderful things You have given me to enjoy in this life; however, I never want to be guilty of allowing those things that bring pleasure to become more important than the things of God. May I always put You and Your will first in my life. Lord, even as Esther went before the King, to petition for her people, at the very threat of her life, may I be as courageous as she was. Lord, if the occasion should ever arise that I would need to stand up for others in the face of danger, let me do so with strength and honor. I ask this in the name of Jesus. Amen.

It's a problem
At some point
I'm still insecure
in fear.

Please change me and give me wisdom
to deal with my works and relationship with people.
Father, You have been so good to me.
Thank you for Your mercy and goodness to me over the years.
I have not deserved Your great patience with me
but I am thankful
that You were there for me every time
I fell down and every time I failed You.
Thank you for your patient and love.
Thank you for picking me up when my careless feet went astray.

Lord, help me to be merciful, like You,
to those in life that need Your mercy through me.

Dear Heavenly Father: I am grateful for all the guidelines you have given us in this wonderful book of Proverbs. Help me to heed the warnings and apply the wisdom that I find in these pages. Lord, I pray that I will walk as a godly woman so that I will be a blessing to all of those around me. Forgive me when I fail to be gracious or impatient with people. May I apply Your love, wisdom and goodness to all of my daily affairs. Lord, draw the lost in our neighborhood to Your saving grace. Use me to be a witness to them. I am claiming their souls for Your kingdom. I ask these things in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

[ Ecclesiastes: 5:4-6 ]
4 When thou vowest a vow unto God, defer not to pay it; for he hath no pleasure in fools: pay that which thou hast vowed.
5 Better is it that thou shouldest not vow, than that thou shouldest vow and not pay.
6 Suffer not thy mouth to cause thy flesh to sin; neither say thou before the angel, that it was an error: wherefore should God be angry at thy voice, and destroy the work of thine hands'.
Dear Heavenly Father, Thank You for saving my soul. I am so glad that You are my Father and I can come to You, no matter what kind of problem I have. You are always so kind and merciful to me when I fail and I do appreciate it. Help me, so that I will be able to walk in the straight and narrow way and not take steps that are out of the way. I want to please You and have my steps ordered of You. Show me what You would have me to do and then strengthen me to do it. Also, help me to guard my mouth and not promise things to others that I am not able to perform. I ask this in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Dear Heavenly Father,Thank you for Your Words of wisdom in the Bible. Lord, please help us to avoid anger and strife toward others. Give us Your spirit of love and a burden to pray for those that come against us or try to stir up trouble with us. Lord, You be our umpire in matters where we disagree with others. Help us to have an humble attitude toward You and the people around us, yet maintain a vigilant and forceful prayer life against the powers of darkness that cause people to stir up trouble. Help us to fight our battles in the spirit and not in the flesh. May You bring us the victories that we need. We command the devil to leave with his attacks in the name of Jesus!! I ask this in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ.Amen.
